Since the age of six, Luca Mainini creates fantastic worlds and new dimension with its visionary collages. Born and raised in Novara, Luca is a self-taught creative, he loves to write, take pictures and he defines himself an Image-Maker.

Movie lover and fascinating by mysterious 60’s/70’s decades, Luke gets inspired by creativity of Masters such as Fellini, Newton, Molinier, Hitchcock and he also nourishes an inordinate passion for restless atmosphere by David Lynch. “Cinema is my first source of inspiration, I would feel lost without it.” – he says – “I am constantly attracted by the past and I think that the image is the most important thing in existence”.

In a collision of creative, artistic collages by Luca Mainini, have the flavor of vintage cinema and the power of contemporary pop culture. Strong colors, iconographic references and a strong sensuality its processed images attract the prying eyes of those who love to dream in an ambiguous limbo between past and future.

Despite his young age, Luca has already published three books called Poppers, Pop Opera 50 mg and Necropop full of intense collage of words, strictly inspired by the cinema.
