My name is Gabrielle Cirocco and I am a twenty-something emerging artist from Adelaide, South Australia who has origins from Italy. I love anything creative and I am very passionate about place and identity... I also loooove Prato :) In 2016 I did an artist in residence program in Empoli, Tuscany and I love returning back to Tuscany. I hope to have another exhibition when I am there this year! When I was in Empoli, my art work was mainly about finding unfinished buildings and making embroideries about them and 'finishing' them within my artform... I am a trained painter, drawer, sculptor and I love appreciating art and I am currently trying to learn Italian!! Io parla un po!
