BroCool is a culinary research collective. Mario Cossu | actor + Emma Spiga | architect + Diego Parbuono | filmmaker. Three individuals from different fields (theatre, cinema, video-making, cookery, architecture) work together to create videos about cooking and culinary traditions, aiming to investigate and to tell stories looking the base ingredients among differences and similarities of cultures around the world. BroCool's passion goes along with that nomadic sense that is common among the food lovers. BroCool team is from Italy but currently based in Budapest, Hungary.
