‘The long way home’ – a photography book

Gueorgui Tcherednitchenko

When travel is far more and beyond a trip.

Gueorgui Tcherednitchenko is a French-Russian photographer (based in London) who recently published his photography book ‘The long way home’ about his travel from Japan back to Europe.

Gueorgui’s book is an unique visual documentary on the life-scapes between East and West. He travels ‘slow’,  diving into the places where tourists don’t go. He uses his camera as a tool to mold a narrative between the world around him and the world in himself.  His photographs speak, yet pause at times, then remain silent before speaking again. Each page is a new world…
